Initial Mailing, June 18 - Mail House Problem

When the mail house processed the mailing, a computer error resulted in the cover letter omitting the addressee information. While the letters reached the recipients, the cover letter header had blank areas due to the error. The mail house was kind enough to credit me a full refund for the mailing.
